Busy Works Beats sells digital music production products: sample libraries, audio plugins, bundles, and courses. These terms govern your use of this website, your account, and every product you buy from us. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

You need an account to download products and manage licenses. Keep your sign in details private: purchases, downloads, and plugin activations are tied to your account, and you are responsible for activity that happens under it. One account per person. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us right away.

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout.

Everything we sell is digital. After purchase, your products appear in your account library immediately and can be downloaded from this site or through the Busy Works Beats Download Manager app. Plugins activate through the app with no license key to enter. We apply reasonable download limits to prevent abuse; if you ever hit one legitimately, contact support and we will sort it out.

Every Busy Works Beats purchase is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, email support@busyworksbeats.com within 30 days of your purchase from the email address on your account, and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment processor and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
• When a purchase is refunded, the product is removed from your account library and any plugin licenses from that purchase are deactivated.
• The guarantee covers purchases, not subscriptions billed by third party platforms after their own stated trial or refund window.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds where the guarantee is being abused, for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same products to keep the files.

When you buy a sample library, sound pack, or preset collection, you get a non exclusive, non transferable, royalty free license to use those sounds in your own musical works, including commercial releases, streams, videos, film, and games. No clearance or credit is required.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the raw files, presets, or any part of a library on their own, whether modified or not.
• Use the sounds to build a competing sample library, preset pack, or instrument.
• Claim ownership of the underlying sounds or register them in content identification systems as standalone audio.

Plugin purchases include a personal license with a set number of machine activations, typically 3. You can see your activations and free a seat any time from your account page. Attempting to bypass license checks, share activations, or distribute our plugins is a violation of these terms and ends your license.

Our courses are currently hosted on our school on the Thinkific platform. Course purchases made there are billed by that platform, and the 30 day money back guarantee in section 5 applies to them the same way: email us within 30 days and we will make it right.

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials or purchased files with others.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with licensing, download limits, or any security feature of the site or apps.
• Use the site or its content for anything unlawful.

The site, the products, the artwork, and the Busy Works Beats name and logo are owned by Busy Works Beats or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the license described above, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Third party products shown on this site for compatibility demonstrations remain the property of their respective owners.

The site and products are provided as is. We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any product will be compatible with every system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including file sharing and license circumvention. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
